Anthony Fauci charged by October 31, 2026?
This market resolves YES if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges, or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of, Anthony S. Fauci on or before October 31, 2026 (11:59 PM ET). For the purposes of this market the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State are included within the definition of a State. A criminal charge means a filed charging instrument — an indictment, information, criminal complaint, or equivalent — naming Anthony S. Fauci as a defendant. A referral to the Department of Justice, a contempt of Congress vote or resolution, the opening of an investigation, a subpoena, or a call by any official for prosecution does NOT count. Civil suits and purely administrative or regulatory actions do NOT count. This market resolves NO if no such criminal charge is filed on or before October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Primary resolution source: official information from US governmental sources (court dockets, DOJ announcements). Where those are unavailable or ambiguous, a wide consensus of credible reporting will be used.
