How to Use ZanoX

Buying ZANO or fUSD

Swap another cryptocurrency for ZANO or fUSD. Funds land directly in the Zano wallet address you provide.

  1. Open the Buy page and choose whether you want to receive ZANO or fUSD.
  2. Pick the currency you're paying with and, if applicable, the network it lives on.
  3. Enter the amount you want to spend. The estimated amount you'll receive updates live.
  4. Paste your Zano wallet address, or connect the Zano browser extension to auto-fill it.
  5. Click Buy. ZanoX will generate a one-time deposit address for your incoming funds.
  6. Important: if your source chain requires a memo or tag (Hive, XRP, Stellar, Binance BEP2, EOS, TON, Cosmos, etc.), ZanoX will display it in a red box. You must include that memo with your transfer — funds sent without the memo are unrecoverable.
  7. Send exactly the specified amount from your wallet. The order completes automatically once the deposit is confirmed on the source chain.

Selling ZANO or fUSD

Convert ZANO or fUSD into another cryptocurrency and send it to any address you control.

  1. Open the Sell page and select ZANO or fUSD as the asset you're selling.
  2. Enter the amount you want to sell. A live USD estimate appears below the input.
  3. Choose the currency you want to receive and, if it has multiple networks, pick one.
  4. Enter the recipient address for the receiving chain.
  5. If the destination requires a memo/tag (common for exchange deposits on XRP, Hive, Stellar, BEP2, EOS, TON, Cosmos), an extra input will appear. Fill it in — otherwise exchanges won't be able to credit your deposit.
  6. Click Sell. ZanoX will show a ZANO deposit address.
  7. Send the specified amount of ZANO/fUSD from your wallet to that address. Once confirmed, ZanoX sends the destination asset to your recipient.

Tracking an Order

Every buy or sell gets a transaction ID. Use it to check status at any time.

  1. Go to the Order Tracker.
  2. Paste the transaction ID from your buy or sell confirmation screen.
  3. Review the current status, deposit/withdrawal addresses, memos, and transaction hashes.
